We now have a new fence -- unfortunately it's a bit longer than we wanted it. It was supposed to stop at the edge of the paving stones, but it goes right past that to the edge of the garden. (We wanted to leave a walkway between our house and the neighbour's house.)There is still no drywall up. It was supposed to have been started on Wednesday according to the builder on Tuesday. We went to the house last night (Friday) and there had been no work done since we were there last, which I think was on Tuesday. Brooke phoned him today and was assured that they were going to be working through the weekend to put up the drywall. We shall see!
