I think we're okay again

Sounds like things are going to be okay after all, whew! Except for the fact that they're out of town this week so only Joel will be here on Thursday and both him and Sean on Friday. So not too much will be happening this week! The electrician is coming tomorrow, though, to finish off his stuff.
